Answer. Yes! The Vermont House is a beautiful property listed on the National Historic Registry. Built in 1856, it retains much of its original charm while offering modern comforts.

Answer. No, the House does not have an elevator or lift. The property has four floors, and some rooms require climbing small flights of stairs. If stairs are a concern, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to accommodate you in a first-floor room.

Charming hotel in downtown amongst lots of cute shops and restaurants. Rooms are well appointed and surprisingly quiet for a small inn. Nice front porch and patio sitting areas as well as inside tables. The hosts were helpful and gave suggestions for dining. Highly recommend!

Comfy Twin bed room on 3rd Floor with nice shower. Mgr communicated perfect by Text + gave great dinner Recommendations. Walking distance to everything in tiny cool Wilmington

Wonderful stay, clean and tidy, great location in the center of charming Wilmington, walkable to shops and restaurants! Our host was so gracious with check in info as we were arriving late in the evening and to give suggestions of eateries for the weekend. Minutes to Mt Snow and 1 hr 15 min to Okemo. The only suggestion we have is better coffee for the in-room maker (can also take a walk across the street for a cup! recommend Dots next door for a hearty breakfast)
